-If a Delphyte has its tendrils damaged or cut off, it can potentially die or survive with some sensory processes ruined. 

-It's speculated their species is a 'cousin' of the Fellians, due to some biological similarities.

-In Delphyte society, chubbiness is associated with beauty and good fortune.

-Much about them is unknown or hard to grasp, so they are sometimes distrusted and feared by other races.
